Our Demi-glace is perfect as a base for steak sauces…

  • Add shallots and a dash of red wine to KNORR Demi-Glace and create a classic sauce for fillet of beef
  • Add KNORR MEADOWLAND and COLMAN’S Dijon Mustard to KNORR Demi-Glace for a lighter sauce (also perfect with pork).

You can use our sauces as a base to create your own signature sauce; ideal for pies or casseroles.

  • Easy to use, add boiling water, bring to the boil, whisking continuously and simmer
