Allergic to Demi-Glace?

The Head Chef, Kemi Osuagwu, recently was coming under pressure in trying to make his menus safe for people with food allergies, specifically as there is a disproportionally high amount of Coeliacs in Ireland.

We suggested Kemi try our new Demi-Glace which is gluten free.  Kemi was delighted with the quality and switched all of his use to this product.  He can now advertise approximately 8-10 items on his menu as being 'Gluten Free', meeting the needs of his consumers without added complexity to his kitchen.
