The main objective of the Panel of Chefs Ireland is to promote the development of all aspects of professional cookery, and consists of the Chief Executive Officer, the Honorary President, the National Secretary and National Treasurer, and the National Membership Officer together with the Chairman of each regional branch.

The Catering Management Association of Ireland (CMAI)

The mission of the CMAI is "To provide for excellence in Professional Catering Management ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained".

The CMAI is an association comprised of qualified Professional Caterers. Founded in 1956, it continues to support its members through a varied range of activities; seminars, workshops, conferences and in developing and promoting standards of best practice within the industry.

Chefs of Mayo

The Chefs of Mayo are an organisation who have formed with a number of objectives:

• To create friendships and foster goodwill among chefs working in Mayo
• Discuss with and make suggestions to collegues re training requirements for the kitchen and bring training in line with present day trends
• To foster and encourage young people in the trade through scholarships and awards
